Sarah

Sarah has always loved interior design and can remember flipping through décor magazines in junior high. Her professional career began working for friends and helping them design their kitchens and bathrooms. She has worked with several contractors and even started her very own interior design business. With over 25 years of design experience, Sarah’s first home was designed from the ground up and has remodeled 4 other homes of hers since. Sarah has been with Macadam for nearly 8 years and favors a casual, traditional design aesthetic with a penchant for timeless finishes.

Rachelle

Rachelle’s path to professional design came as a second career, despite a lifetime of various creative outlets. After a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the UW and nearly a decade in Public Health, it was time to let her creative side shine. She discovered the interior design program at The Art Institute of Phoenix and never looked back. Now 8 years with Macadam, as both an Interior Designer and Account Manager, she enjoys tackling design aesthetic & construction details from the perspective of both the homeowner and builder. Her dream home design style is modern industrial, with natural and textural elements that soften and warm the space.

Jamie

Jamie has had a passion for all things design ever since she was little. Born and raised in Seattle, she comes from a family of DIYer’s always working on some sort of project. She has a background of playing team sports, coaching high school fastpitch and working in the restaurant industry for almost 8 years. She graduated from Bellevue College with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Interior Design degree after completing an internship at Five Ply Design in downtown Seattle. 3 months later, Jamie was hired at Macadam Floor & Design and is going on 6 years at our company. Her favorite design style is Northwest Contemporary and Mid-Century modern with a boho twist.
